behind Kaikoura I tried the other road. On my way up from Hanmer Springs I took the road to Kaikoura along the Leader River. I had a choice for two routes. Today I did use the other route - Lyford Road.
The weather was overcast in the mountains, as I was passing by an „one-tree“ hill.

Coming in through the Lyford Road I needed to take the Leader River Road again to get to the Cathedral Cliffs.
But before the Cathedral Cliffs I could do another version of the beautiful valley I did a couple of days back.

Another one-tree hill beautiful light and clouds. Much nicer view than the one of this morning.
